We will need to know the name of the document that you are requesting a paper copy of and the date it was sent to you electronically.

5) Your consent to receive documents and/or information from Gurstel Law Firm P.C. will remain valid for the duration of our relationship with you unless you choose to withdraw it. To withdraw your consent to receive documents and/or information from Gurstel Law Firm P.C. please see the section immediately below that describes how to withdraw your consent.

6) You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents at any time.
